I shouldn't have been tagged. x3 Not now. I'm busy pretending to study hard. (I'm reading all the books at the same time – just talk about shotgun method!)

93. A pet peeve: I still don't know what that phrase means.

94. Your scariest moment: The reason I chose my least favourite place.

95. Your attitude about love: There are too many people out there who aren't serious enough. That's why every other gets hurt sooner or later. As for me, I couldn't be more lucky.

Yay. After school started, I realized how soon it ends. The exam week will take place after two more weeks of school work, and right after that the matriculation exams begin. So. Exactly for weeks to go.

Meep. ._.
I have five subjects.

I'm trying to keep sane by doing everything I shouldn't, and I always end up going to sleep too late. That sucks.
And driving lessons. o_o That's so scary sometimes when I'm driving in the streets, but last time wasn't as bad as it has been. Although it was my first experience on motorway and accelerating was horrible. Maybe I should take the exam during the study vacation thing that starts in February.

Okay, maybe I'll try and draw something soon. There's something I really want to do. But as for now – gotta finish my French composition.

Wheow. I uploaded four drawings. ... gosh, that's a lot for me.
When I've drawn in the past months, it's been experimenting and such.

Only today I got the final results of the matriculation exams. I'm content. Five more subjects in the spring and then high school will be over.
I should decide what to study in university. I'll most probably stay around the capital city, since there's the biggest variety of choices and all my social life. But what to study? ^^
If I do well enough in Maths, and that's very possible, I won't even have to do the entrance exam there. But I should probably study Chemistry and Physics before the entrance exams of one other faculty. But I'm studying physiology like crazy. And I love it.

Hey people, go read physiology. It's amazingly logical and totally amazing and, I guarantee, way more interesting than the overall funniness of any random anime series to the power of e.

After my last journal entry, I've been tagged by *pedal.

1. What's a commonly used nickname people call you by?
No one ever calls me by a nickname and I'm happy about it. (Okay, ~RollChan sometimes makes up something funny, but she's the only one permitted to do that.)

2. What's your favourite colour?
I suppose it's red. At least it's the colour I wear the most.

3. What's your favourite food?
... Somehow the first thought crossing my mind after reading the question concerned spring rolls. o_O But kalakukko is one of the best things there are. <3

4. Are you a squeamish person?
Well, it really depends. I can easily dissect a sea urchin or a heart of an elk, but reading about ablatio retinae makes me feel sick.

5. What's your favourite animal?
Cat. Or maybe cow.

6. Biggest pet peeve?
Biggest what? ... Ah. Voi että se on ihan paras kirja. x3) ... err, do you want to know a thing that peeves me or a thing about me that others get peeved of?
Whatever. Nothing comes to my mind.

7. If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?
About ten kilometres northwest from my home. Don't ask.

8. Do you cry easily?
Totally. It bugs me at times.

9. Do you generally have a good, loving family?
Well, yeah. I still have, even though the loveliest memories about family are from my childhood.

10. Do you have a boyfriend/girlfriend?

11. Do you have many phobias?
Many? xD Well... Is it a good thing if I can't count them?

12. Favourite genre of music?
Anything but the pop everyone listens to. I'm not into some underground heavy rock stuff either. ... I don't listen to any genre, I listen to good music. For example Semmarit =, and classical music isn't bad either.

13. What're your thoughts on homosexuals?
Let them be homosexuals if they want to and not make their lives difficult because of what they are. That is, I don't find them any more abnormal than straights. It's just one feature among others.

14. Are you a trendsetter, a trend follower, or do you dress originally?
None. I'm not trying to be anything, I just dress comfortably but neatly enough so that no one can nag about my clothing. I wear normal clothes.

15. Have you ever hurt yourself on purpose?
Can't remember. At least if you mean the emo way, heck no. o_O

16. Do you like school?
I do. :3 Although currently I get less and less sleep because of it.

17. Are you known to spend your money quickly?
(What's wrong with these questions? ^^ *pedal, you're right, they're funnily worded.) Not quite. Although I'm not very good to spare either.

18. What time is it right now?
20.07 (UTC+2)

19. Are you on the computer a lot?
Depends. Nowadays I can have the computer off for several days in a row, but when I switch it on I'm stuck for hours.

21. Pet hermit crabs- a good thing or a bad thing?
BAD. :< Haven't heard about keeping them as pets before (it must be something in America), but as it sounds like they are like toys for most – colourful shells and everything – that's so unacceptable.
But hermit crabs are interesting. ^^

22. Leftie or Righty?
I'm right-handed if that's what you want to know.

23. Do you have any scars/stretch marks, etc?
Yes, I guess everyone has.

24. Do you have dull elbows or pointy elbows?
They aren't very dull, so...

25. Timmies or Starbucks?
Neither. o_O Those two don't even exist in this corner of the world, but in general I'm not supporting any café chain. They're not worth their prices.

26. Do you have any sleeping problems?
Usually no, but after the school incident that happened about a week ago not far from here, I had for a while.

27. Are you a shy person?
Depends. Before I get to know you better I am. Or very polite at least.

28. Are you a gift-giver?
I like giving gifts – or preparing them to be given. ^^

29. Warm or cold?
Cool weather but warm bed, please. I don't like sweating like a pig when biking, but it's not nice to try to sleep while shivering.

30. Do you like meeting new people?
Sometimes. Sometimes not.

31. What do you think of your tagger (or something like that)?
I'm not too familiar with him, but he's nice and his drawings are pretty and he's not your usual omfganimemangaJapan geek and his skills bending English language here and there are marvellous and I admire him because of all that.

32. What's your favorite kind of dinosaur and why?
When I was a kid, I thought that Stegosaurus and Triceratops looked nice. I think Triceratops because it seems to be a slow, gentle herbivore with a strong head – just like a Mesozoic cow. n_n

And because the two people before me have added a question, I'll add one too.
33. What do you think about duct tape?
Maybe it's useful, but it makes things a bit sticky and eww. For my personal usages, I prefer clean ways to fix things.

Life update

Thought it's about time I said something and not just lurked around. ... not that I'm visiting dA that much.

First of all, thanks for saying something to me even though I seem to be inactive. Thanks to new people who have found me and drop by commenting something – I appreciate that even if I don't answer personally.

prologue

Summer vacation started in the beginning of June, but so did my summer job. I worked for five weeks and got some nice own money. <3
I've also been to my grandparents, but for too short a time, I agree with Mum. :\ But now I'm home alone... which, in fact, is kinda cool. Having to take care of everything for once is a good experience.
I'm cycling more than ever and I'm able to move around the city for free just the way I want to and my physical condition is better than it's ever been and all of those things are awesome.

as for arty stuff and computer-related things

I've been so stuck with everything that has anything to do with drawing, until very recently. I got a kick to drawing clothes designs, dresses mostly, when I hung around with a friend of mine. Since that I've doodled something and even drawn a somewhat proper image of what one of those dresses ought to look like. I'd really want to sew it, and I guess I'll give it a try... :3

Been learning some PHP lately. It does make things with xHTML easier.
I have a part in a little game project. Graphics, that is. Won't tell more about that subject, 'twas just to mention.
... and I'd like to try animating something some time.
Oh yeah, I'm also trying to get familiar with textures. I can make them look pretty good in a way already.

And I'm considering a tablet. I don't believe it would really make my life better, but since my comp colouring technique involves a lot of clicking and using cursor very much like a pencil, I might feel somewhat more comfortable CGing. Anyway, that's just a (crazy?) idea that popped into my head once – should go check out some PC stores. Now that I have money and everything.

as for life

Finished Harry Potter on Tuesday, although it was technically Wednesday.
Now I should study. The matriculation exams will take place too soon, in September, and I haven't studied enough History nor Swedish. So that'll be more or less the interest of mine until the exams are over.

in conclusion
* New pics in my gallery? Probably, don't know when nor what they'll be about.
* Life is my current priority. That means school and him. And my girlfriends. But that doesn't mean I'm not online.
* Amazing, but my 10K pageviews are getting nearer and nearer. Someone take a screencap.

What to do with drawing?

Yeah, being uncertain again. But... it's been bothering me for a while already – what would you say if I started doing other stuff than DC?
Okay, I know I can do whatever I want to, but I'm eager to hear your opinions, everyone. Please tell me.

Other than that... only one more week of exams. Gosh, how stressed I've been lately. o_o
